В соответствии со статьей 58 Кодекса Республики Казахстан «О здоровье народа и системе здравоохранения» в поликлинике организована Служба поддержки пациентов и внутреннего контроля.
Если вы столкнулись с проблемами, связанными с порядком и качеством оказания медицинской помощи обращайтесь в СЛУЖБУ ПОДДЕРЖКИ ПАЦИЕНТОВ.
Эксперты службы оперативно отреагируют на Ваше обращение и в возможно короткие сроки помогут решить проблему в соответствии с Правилами оказания амбулаторно-поликлинической помощи.
Служба поддержки пациентов расположена на четвертом этаже в кабинете № 416.
Телефоны «горячей линии»: городской 51 90 95, мобильный +7 (705) 374 20 57 , +7 (702) 197 35 74.
Также Вы можете обратиться с любым вопросом в Сall-центр 40 07 02 расположенный на первом этаже в регистратуре, а так же в региональный call-центр 8 (7252) 39 31 60, оставить свое письменное обращение в ящике «Для жалоб и предложений», размещенном на каждом этаже нашей поликлиники, написать обращение и отправить на наш сайт www.shgp5.kz в рубрику «Блог руководителя», заполнить анкету с предложениями для улучшения.
